Dr. Rob McVety
Owner/DentistGrowing up in Oxford Hills with a family friend who was a dentist, Dr. Rob McVety was inspired early on to serve people through dentistry. He graduated from Bates College in Lewiston before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Denver, Colorado, with advanced surgical training. Dr. McVety’s advanced training includes Kois Center Graduate, Wehrle Training Institute, Engel Institute, Implant Pathways, Colorado Surgical Institute, Spear Institute, IMPRES with Drs. Adamo Notarantonio and Amanda Seay, Zahntechnique Lab, and Nash Institute. He performs all aspects of general and comprehensive dentistry, as well as specialized treatments including veneers, onlays, full mouth rehabilitation, sedation, periodontal care, and dental implants. Dr. McVety actively volunteers through the Dental Lifeline Network and the Finding Our Smiles Organization, providing care to underserved communities both locally and abroad. Outside the office, he enjoys running, skiing, traveling, fishing (especially paddle board fishing), is a passionate foodie, loves animals—especially alpacas and giraffes—and is an avid photographer.

Dr. Jake Donohue, DMD
DentistDr. Jake Donohue graduated from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He completed a General Practice Residency at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Jake is committed to lifelong learning and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He enjoys running, skiing, hiking, traveling with his wife, and exploring new food in the Portland area.
